Creating associative lines to notes

Hi,

I have a situation where in I have to strike out lines in notes(Drafting).Currently I am creating lines on top of the notes with start points and end points.The lines are not associative to notes.I want my lines to move along with the notes.Please suggest how do I achieve this?

I found a way out...I'm currently using underline character to strike out the notes which can be associative.
