Is it possible to modify the PMI Dimensioning feature so you could add an easy way to rotate the existing position of the Dynamic WCS? Maybe always keep it shown or add a few more items to the Dialog box for Rotation or repositioning. I find I like to always keep the keep the "Locked Plane" checked and I then have to uncheck "Locked Plane", "Specify Plane", and then it doesn't remember the last position and resets to the current WCS position. Seems cumbersome.

Journaling does not give you access to the standard dialog boxes. If you want a dialog box populated with your preferred options, make sure you have dialog memory turned on as this will take care of most of your needs. If dialog memory doesn't work for your situation, perhaps creating a "favorite" or using an NX macro would solve the issue. Look up "saving favorite versions of dialog boxes" in the NX help for more in-depth information on favorites.
