Combine all bodies

When I perform a body pattern, I'm usually not interested in dozens of bodies but instead one final solid.

Has anyone a journal that performs the boolean>combine process for all bodies?

What version of NX are you using? There is a "pattern feature" command that was added around NX 9(?). If it is available in your version, try uniting the tool body to the base body then patterning the unite feature.

Sorry for dismissing details. I'm using NX 12. Pattern feature is no option because of efficiency reasons. I'm talking about ~5000 pattern elements.
