import cgm in silent mode

maybe discussed in other areas,
I want to create a new nx part from run_journal and import a cgm file
is this possible?

Is it possible? Probably, I don't see any obvious reason why it wouldn't work. I'd encourage you to try it out and let us know how it goes. You can find some code both for creating a new file and for importing an existing cgm file in the 'export DXF journal':
