Forums:
I have created a script to balloon dimensions on drawings. However, to make the balloons more discernible from the drawing itself, I made the sheets non-monochrome so I can give the balloons color. However, this sometimes changes the font size/colors of the existing text, making the drawing very messy with overlapping features. Is there any way I can shut off monochrome but keep everything that was already on the drawing as it was before?
re: monochrome drawing
The existing objects changing color is to be expected when you turn monochrome display on or off. However, I've never seen the text size or position change when turning monochrome on/off.
Could you email a small sample part file where this is happening to: info@nxjournaling.com?
Unfortunately I'm not able to
Unfortunately I'm not able to email any of our company files.
Do you know if there is any code out there to change the color of everything on the page to a specific color after monochrome is shut off? Right now I have for loops for labels, dimensions, and some other features, but it's not even close to getting everything (graphics for part views, borders, leader lines, sketch shapes, etc.).
It would save a lot of time if there were something to change the color of everything on the sheet?
