Hello,
I am new to VB.net. I want to calculate part Volume and surface area and store those values in excel sheet. When I calculate multiple parts geometry (Volume & Surface Area), all the parts geometry should be save in single excel sheet tab. Can you please help me.
Getting Started
Hi NXC_Learner,
There is a lot to unpack from just what you have stated here.
First, I would get a working journal that outputs the volume and surface area to the information window. Next I would integrate assemblies into it, allowing it to report child components. Then you have to get that data into an excel doc.
If you have any existing journal of any of these steps please post it so we can start working through any issue you come across.
here are some other forums and tutorials that might help get started.
