Why we are using signing resource in our application ?

You will only use the resource in your project if you have an author license and you intend to compile the code. The signing resource identifies you as being properly licensed to compile the code. If you do not have a license, the resulting code will not be usable with NX.

If you have created your project in .NET, in order to release an application and have non programers to use your application (someone without a .NET authoring license) you need to sign your application.
