Hidden Journal Manager Window

Has anyone else had an issue with the NX Journal Manager window not displaying(or possibly displaying off the screen)?

I've not lost the journal manager window, but I have lost others over the years. If you cannot find the window at all, what usually works is: Preferences -> user interface -> layout -> reset window position.

I have tried resetting the window position preferences and for some reason they still load under or off the screen. I actually ended up writing a script to make the window active and move it to a set position. I now run that when it does this.
