How to make note unpickable

Hi,

I have added some notes in drawing and I want them to make unpickable.
Any idea how to do that?

Put the notes on their own layer and make that layer "visible only" (found in the layer format dialog). The user will be able to see the notes but not select them (at least until the "visible only" option is turned off).
