Journal to extract data from .sim model

Hello,

I'm writing a journal to extract some data from a .sim model and put it in Excel.

I got stuck on the first bit :)

I have a lot of elements inside a group, how can I select every element inside that group using the journal?!

I then need to use the command "Solid Properties Check" and pass all the elements from that group into that command.

And then extract the data from data.
I tried recording a journal to get some API's but it made a massive journal selecting each element by name and bolean them together to pass to the Solid Properties Check.

I then I can't figure out how to access the data that command find, or put output it to a text file or etc.
