Translate points from sheet to view.

I have a group of points which correspond to locations on a model. When I use the point locations to create a text note for each point/location - the label/note locations all appear to be from an X-Y location near the lower-left corner of the drafting-sheet view. I want the locations to be from either the ACS or WCS origin of the model (in the top view). What methods, properties, subroutines, functions, logic, etc. will be required to translate these locations to achieve the desired result?
